Requirements
- Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, toileting, and mobility
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and resident observations
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Working closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care
