Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working as a CNA.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Additional certifications or training in healthcare.
Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Assist with resident mobility, including transferring and repositioning.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Document resident care and observations accurately.
Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
