About The Position

Coastal Homecare, a growing home care company serving Easternshore families since 2013, is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in the Ocean City, Ocean Pines, and surrounding areas. This role involves providing one-on-one personal care and companionship in various settings, including clients' homes, hospitals, nursing homes, or rehab centers. Care plans are tailored to individual client needs, whether for post-hospitalization transitions or daily companionship.

Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program
• Open availability, including weekends
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
• Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Operate a Hoyer lift
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow infection control procedures
• Protect client privacy and confidential information
