Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team! With new, lower staff to resident ratios, Rydal Park CNA's have a manageable work load and can focus on high-quality care! Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Requirements
- Must be a certified Pennsylvania CNA.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care.
- Provide care ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
