Crestwood Center in Milford, NH has been awarded a Five Star Facility. We are Now Hiring LNAs for 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am shifts. We offer great benefits and up to 25% More Pay in Lieu of Benefits. A $3,000 Sign-on Bonus is available. The posted range includes evening shift differential and pay in lieu of benefits. Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensures that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
