About The Position
Metropolis Rehabilitation & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with established standards and regulations. The CNA will provide basic nursing care and perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care.
- Prepare residents for activities and social programs.
- Perform routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
- Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
