About The Position

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Marquardt is located on a 52-acre campus with assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments. Established in 1969, The Marquardt offers evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
Located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.
Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
Ability to relate well to all individuals.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Assist residents with daily living activities.
Monitor resident well-being and report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain resident confidentiality.
Exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Adapt to changing resident needs and facility requirements.
