About The Position
Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support resident care in our senior living community. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active CNA certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care or senior living
- Open to students and recent graduates
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care and support with daily routines
- Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents
