About The Position
At Green Valley Rehabilitation Center, a 4-star rated facility in Quality of Resident Care and part of the Volare Health family, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are invited to join a warm, compassionate team. The center offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling. The role is for individuals ready to make a real impact every day, whether they are just starting their career or bringing years of experience. New nurses can also participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
- Recent education or clinical hours
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
- Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide comfort and essential daily care for our residents
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Help maintain clean and comfortable living spaces
- Be a caring presence that makes a difference every single day
