Requirements

Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required).
Clean IDPH background record (required).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to produce a negative drug test.
Successful completion of Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Act Screening.
Successful completion of National, State, County Criminal Background Checks.
Successful completion of Federal and state exclusion screening (OIG/Medicare/Medicaid).
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana).
Verification of work authorization.
Applicable registry verification (CNA. Nurse).
Candidates must complete a QuantiFERON Gold TB Blood Test as part of their pre-hire drug screen and physical.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred).
Motor vehicle record view for positions requiring driving.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.
Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment.

Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.
