About The Position

Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, quality care to residents of its long-term care facility. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, monitor and report health changes, provide emotional support, and help maintain a safe and clean environment. The position is full-time, with day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts, and rotating weekends.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid Missouri license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and move residents as needed and stand or walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Take and record residents’ vital signs and report changes in their condition to nursing staff.
• Provide comfort and emotional support while respecting residents’ well-being and dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment and follow infection control policies.
• Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.
