Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident call lights and requests.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding resident care.
