The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for a variety of patient care duties, including taking vital signs, assessing patient conditions, preparing patients for examinations and treatments, and assisting physicians and nurses. This role requires proficiency in using electronic medical records, ordering supplies, performing phlebotomy, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment area. The CNA will also be responsible for laundry duties, attending staff meetings, operating medical equipment, and completing assigned tasks within their shift. Teamwork, positive customer service, and flexibility in assisting as needed are essential. The position requires adherence to established policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
