About The Position

Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting their overall well-being, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. The position requires close collaboration with nursing staff and the care team. The hiring process is fast, with a response typically within 48 hours.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry, or an active out-of-state CNA certification you can transfer to Wisconsin)
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Available to work year-round (this role is not seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities
• Keep resident living areas safe, clean, and comfortable
• Work closely with nursing staff and the broader care team
