About The Position

Join Our Caring Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at French Prairie Nursing and Rehab, a 4-star rated facility and part of the Volare Health family. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our warm, compassionate team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling. We are not offering PRN positions at this time.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Recent education or clinical hours
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and essential daily care for our residents
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Help maintain clean and comfortable living spaces
• Be a caring presence that makes a difference every single day
