About The Position
Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full-Time and $1,500 for Part-Time! As a CNA, you will: Assist with personal care and daily activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor health and administer medications. Encourage resident engagement in activities. Maintain a safe, clean environment. Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- CNA certified
- State of Iowa CNA license required
