The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support patient care and center operations. This includes taking vital signs, triaging patients, preparing them for examinations, and assisting nurses and physicians with treatments. The role also involves managing electronic medical records, ordering supplies, performing lab duties such as phlebotomy, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment. Adherence to established policies, OSHA guidelines, and communication with the Charge Nurse are crucial. The position requires flexibility to assist as needed, fostering teamwork, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess basic typing skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally, one year of clinical experience. The ability to hear, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and attend required training are also necessary. Willingness to work at any center during emergencies or staffing needs is expected. The salary range is $19.50 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
