About The Position

Country Gardens Assisted Living Community is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting new career opportunity. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with accepted standards, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting

Responsibilities

• Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs
• Assisting with personal care needs
• Preparation for activity and social programs
• Routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements
• Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities
• Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
