Requirements

• A genuine interest in caregiving and supporting the elderly
• Completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course
• Active CNA certification with Nebraska Health & Human Services
• Must be at least 16 years old

Nice To Haves

• Experience in memory care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Ensure residents remain hydrated with snacks, fluids, and supplements
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation, including intake/output, food consumption, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
