Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents safely
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
- Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed
- Observe residents and immediately report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and restorative care
- Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and ready for admissions
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and after-meal care
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
- Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Report concerns regarding resident safety, abuse, neglect, or equipment issues immediately
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care
