Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by maintaining open communication and providing assistance to colleagues as needed
