About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Berkshire Rehab, an award-winning skilled nursing facility! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, an all-male facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- New graduates welcome!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Participate in planning and following individualized care plans
- Document resident care accurately and completely
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
