About The Position
Summit Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Mobile Veteran Care Partner. This part-time/per diem role involves providing personal, meaningful care to Veterans in their homes. You will have the opportunity to earn competitive pay, including a bonus per visit for bathing/showering, and enjoy flexible scheduling. This position offers a chance to make a significant community impact by delivering essential care directly to Veterans.
Requirements
- CNA certification or prior HHA/caregiver experience.
- Previous experience with multi-client care each day.
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and valid insurance.
- Empathy, dependability, and respect for Veterans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care, mobility support, and bathing assistance.
- Visit multiple Veteran clients daily to provide individualized attention.
- Communicate regularly with your care team and document your visits.
- Travel independently to homes within a 35-mile radius.
- Foster trust, dignity, and independence in every client interaction.
Benefits
- Part-time / Per Diem scheduling
- Up to $2,000 in sign-on and performance bonuses
- Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (bathing/showering)
