Paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Progam
About The Position
Get paid while you train and become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This full-time program starts in late October 2026 at Mission View Health Center in San Luis Obispo. We offer full-time employment upon certification and are dedicated to investing in your future. Through our partnership with Compass Health, we provide C.N.A. to LVN bridge programs, corporate scholarships, and tuition reimbursement. The training program is approximately 8-10 weeks, with classes held 5 days a week, including weekends. You will learn hands-on skills such as bathing, personal care, feeding, dressing, and resident care & support.
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate and dependable personality
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
