This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Surgical Floor at Logan Health Medical Center. The position involves supporting patients with daily care needs, promoting comfort and safety, and assisting the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements

  • Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
  • Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
  • Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership.
  • Support patients with activities of daily living.
  • Obtain and report vital signs.
  • Document care accurately.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
  • Communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate patient care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
  • Assist with restocking supplies.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
  • Support a positive patient care experience.
