About The Position

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive long-term care environment. You'll work alongside nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver personalized care while building meaningful relationships with the residents and families you serve. At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. You'll provide hands-on CNA/STNA care in Georgetown, Ohio, supporting residents with personal care, mobility, vital signs, daily living activities, documentation, and communication with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team. You'll apply your CNA/STNA skills to provide compassionate daily care, support residents' quality of life, collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers, and follow established care procedures in a team-oriented long-term care environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid STNA certification to work in the State of Ohio required.
  • Current CPR certification from AHA, ARC, or other accepted provider required.
  • Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts required.

Responsibilities

  • Record vital signs and report patient care, condition, progress, or concerns to nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with individualized daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, standing, walking, exercising, mobility, and incontinence care while supporting nutritional needs in accordance with established care plans.
  • Provide basic emotional and psychological support to residents and families.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment.
  • Follow facility procedures and perform related activities as assigned or requested.
