About The Position
The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community, is looking for talented CNAs to join their team. The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporates the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Responsibilities include developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, and helping to create a safe environment. Schedules available include Full-Time Day, Eve, and NOC shifts, as well as Part-Time Day, Eve, and NOC shifts. A sign-on bonus is offered for both full and part-time positions.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Must be a certified Idaho State CNA.
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care.
- Provide care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
