About The Position
Concordia at Cabot is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Shower Aide for a part-time or full-time role. This position focuses on providing shower assistance and personal care during daylight hours only. The role offers a consistent daytime schedule in a supportive, team-focused environment, allowing for the building of meaningful relationships with residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and compassionate care.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program
- Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with showers, bathing, and personal hygiene
- Promote each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence
- Build positive relationships with residents through one-on-one care
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition
- Document care provided
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
