About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with QMAP certification to support residents in a residential group home environment. This role involves providing direct hands-on care, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and supporting residents during community outings. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a home-like setting with close patient interaction and shared living responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Valid QMAP certification (required prior to start)
- Comfortable working in a residential care setting with overnight responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in the past 5 years; DUI may be disqualifying)
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care and support to residents
- Administer medications in accordance with QMAP guidelines
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support residents during community outings and appointments
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful home environment
- Collaborate with care team members to ensure quality resident care
