About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs - Certified Nursing Assistants and PCAs - Personal Care Assistants to care for our clients. We have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and need compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a member, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We have current job openings in the following locations: Richmond Chesterfield Petersburg Midlothian Mechanicsville Glen Allen Henrico Short Pump.

Requirements

Minimum one year work experience
Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution

Responsibilities

Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Toileting
Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
Medication assistance

Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
