Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including all shifts.
- Must be able to float to different units as needed.
- Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report changes.
- Document resident care and observations.
- Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately.
- Float to different units as needed to provide coverage.
