As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. This role involves monitoring residents’ conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing team, and following individualized care plans to ensure safe and high-quality care. The CNA works collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment while helping residents maintain the highest level of independence possible.
