About The Position

Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Nurse Aides (NAs) who are fluent in Japanese or Korean. This role involves making a real difference in clients' lives by assisting with personal care, providing companionship, helping with daily routines, and transporting clients to appointments. We focus on taking care of our caregivers while they take care of others, offering a supportive environment where your work is valued.

Requirements

• Bilingual Japanese or Korean
• Active CNA certification OR completion of a Nurse Aide course
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (if transporting clients)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Available for day shifts (between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily routines
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
