About The Position
This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Memory Care. The position involves providing warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. The CNA will engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor residents for changes in their day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role.
Requirements

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
