About The Position
This role is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Memory Care. The position involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs, and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love working with people!
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
