About The Position
This role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). A key responsibility is to observe and report any changes in residents' day and personal care needs to the Nurse, who will then update their personal Resident Care Plan. The position also encourages resident participation in community programs and activities.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love for working with people.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA.
Nice To Haves
- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
