About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care setting, you will provide essential direct patient care and support to residents in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. You will also provide emotional support and maintain a safe and respectful environment, following the appropriate chain of command and reporting directly to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Active State CNA License
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
