About The Position

Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In Training with no experience needed and no cost to you! CNAs are the foundation of our care team, essential for providing the best quality care for our residents. This program is ideal for those considering a career in healthcare but unsure where to start. Trainees will begin working and assisting with tasks that support resident quality of life before the formal class begins. This allows you to get to know the residents and become comfortable in the healthcare atmosphere before transitioning to a CNA role. If you enjoy caring for people, this is the opportunity for you. Caregiving is hard work but rewarding, and it is our privilege to provide care for our residents. Bay Bluffs will cover the costs of training, provide wages during training, and pay for testing and state registration fees. This is a unique opportunity to enter the healthcare field at no cost. NCMC has partnered with Bay Bluffs to create a CNA Fast Track program, with education taught at NCMC by Bay Bluffs nurses and clinicals held at Bay Bluffs. We are excited for you to join our team, ranked in the top 10% in the country.
