Requirements

Full Time, Part-Time, PRN Schedule: 7a-3p / 3p-11p / 11p-7a
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds asקל part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
Measure and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Support infection control, safety, and quality care standards at all times.
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to create a supportive care environment.
Participate in resident care planning and communicate resident needs to the interdisciplinary team.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
