Requirements
- Full Time, Part-Time, PRN
- Schedule:7a-3p / 3p-11p / 11p-7a
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
- Measure and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support infection control, safety, and quality care standards at all times.
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and ambulating residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to create a supportive care environment.
- Participate in resident care planning and communicate resident needs to the interdisciplinary team.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
