About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-I) at Lorien Columbia provide compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities. GNAs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident. Lorien Columbia is the flagship location of Lorien Health Services, serving the community since 1977 with skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy. The facility has 215 beds across five nursing units and plans to expand. Lorien Columbia has been recognized as one of the Top Nursing Homes in Maryland by Newsweek Magazine since 2020.

Requirements

  • Active Maryland GNA license
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
