About The Position
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hospice support visits for a partnered hospice company with multiple service areas available. This role is ideal for CNA’s who are passionate about providing quality end-of-life care and are comfortable working independently in patient homes and facilities.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience required
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in patient homes
Nice To Haves
- Hospice, home health, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support patients with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Follow individualized care plans and hospice protocols
- Maintain accurate visit documentation
