Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable state
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in a healthcare field, home health, or hospice preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting.
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene etc.
