About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs). At Promise Home Care, we believe in providing care that comes from the heart. We offer same-day pay and a telemedicine health plan that is 100% company-paid. Our shifts are consistent weekly and range from 4 to 12 hours.

Requirements

Flexible with availability, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, communicative, and committed to providing high-quality care
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Florida License or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
Active Driver’s License with reliable vehicle (you must be able to drive)
Active Auto Insurance
Active CPR Certification
Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year)
Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years)
Level 2 Background Screening through AHCA or ability to successfully pass background check

Provide personal care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client condition
