About The Position

This role involves providing direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility. The position encourages resident independence and social interaction, while also monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and reporting any changes to supervisors. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe, clean, and homelike environment, and supporting residents during meals. Adherence to all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures, along with effective communication with residents, families, and team members, is essential.

Requirements

Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
