WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll be responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. You’ll document medication administration, track effectiveness, and report any side effects or concerns—all while ensuring a compassionate, physical, and emotional environment for the residents. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and have successfully completed a state-approved Medication Aide Certification (MA-C) program, including classroom and hands-on training.
