Certified Nursing Assistant CNA and Home Health Aide HHA
About The Position
Prestige Loving Home Care is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible CNAs / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and provide quality one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Westfield area. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking for flexible scheduling, extra shifts or supplemental income, and PRN / Part-time work opportunities. As an On-Call CNA / HHA, you will provide personalized care and companionship to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, companionship, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Requirements
- Ability to commute within Westfield, IN 46074 and nearby areas
- Availability for short-notice or last-minute shifts
- Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospice care or familiarity with end-of-life support services preferred
- Understanding of patient care principles, especially for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
