As an Acute Care CNA, you will: Provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff. Follow care plans and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort. Requirements

  • Active CNA license with in the state of Indiana
  • 2 years of ACUTE CARE experience, as required by facility
  • Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
  • Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
