Requirements

Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
Current certification must be in good standing
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents and their families
Qualified candidates will be certified nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
Assist residents during meals and with hydration as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document resident care accurately and timely
Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (CMA)
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
