Provide personal care and private in-home services as assigned by a licensed professional. Follow individualized work plans and provide safe assistance to patients/clients with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Active Florida License/Certification
- 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Ambulates with walker, light housekeeping, basic adl's, meal prep; 2 large dogs
Responsibilities
